Backed by a fully regulated payment and escrow framework licensed in Europe and Australia, the system removes traditional barriers in cross-border real estate transactions, reducing costs and delays for international buyers.

Through Damisa’s orchestration layer, buyers can settle property transactions using their preferred cryptocurrency like bitcoin or regulated stablecoins. Damisa handles conversion and holds funds in compliant, highly secure escrow stablecoin accounts until the transaction is finalized.

The partnership will initially focus on The Court, a 104-apartment development in Carvoeiro, Algarve, with scope to expand based on demand.
