Second phase of Atrium Arade advances with apartment sale

Dutch businessman Erik de Vlieger completed the second phase of the Atrium Arade project, in downtown Portimão. The building is located on Rua Santa Isabel, next to the property in the old Mabor, which was also requalified by the entrepreneur. With six T1, T2 and T3 apartments, with areas up to 165 square meters, a rooftop terrace and a gym on the lower floor, the three-story property is now beginning to be marketed. The Dutch businessman has been investing in Portimão with the acquisition of some properties for renovation. This was the case of the old Mabor, but also of the canning factory on Rua de São José, which will be rehabilitated in an investment that will create between 140 and 180 residential units. Despite being more present with the rehabilitation of buildings and construction of new properties in Lagoa, the businessman bet on the purchase of some spaces in Portimão.
