Carvoeiro Branco, in partnership with its associate Arrow – Intermediários de Crédito, Lda., offers specialised support in the mortgage credit process.
Arrow is a tied credit intermediary, registered with the Bank of Portugal under no. 0008109, and operates exclusively in the provision of the following credit intermediation services:
- Presenting or proposing credit agreements to consumers;
- Assisting consumers by carrying out preparatory acts or other pre-contractual administrative work related to credit agreements that were not presented or proposed by Arrow;
- Concluding credit agreements with consumers on behalf of the lenders.
It does not operate under an exclusivity agreement and does not provide consultancy services.
Its role is to facilitate the connection between clients and the banking institutions with which it holds binding agreements — Banco BPI S.A., Banco Santander Totta S.A. and Caixa Geral de Depósitos S.A. — ensuring the appropriate procedural support when presenting the financing solutions made available by these entities.
Arrow is based at our offices in Lagoa (Algarve) and is available to provide support whenever needed.
