Sporting CP emerged as the first winner of the Algarve Elite Cup, taking home the under-13 title last weekend at the Estádio Dr. Francisco Vieira in Silves.
The Portuguese giant came out on top in a pool of major international teams that included Manchester City, Juventus, Brighton & Hove Albion, Club Brugge and national rival SL Benfica.
Up next is the U-14 tournament this weekend (March 8-10) and the U16/17 tournament a week later (March 15-17), which will be joined by other major clubs such as AFC Ajax and PSG.
