The Goat’s Legacy: Quinta do Algarvio Village – Where Countryside Meets the Sea

Quinta do Algarvio Village, a resort located in the sunny spot of Carvoeiro with distant sea views, has a unique story behind its design. Before the resort was built, a herd of fearless and cheerful goats made this piece of land their home. These goats greeted our development company, Carvoeiro Branco during their first visit, curiously following them everywhere, even onto the half-built houses. Inspired by the goats and their symbolic representation of the rural Algarve and countryside, Carvoeiro Branco used their figure as a symbol to develop the entire project. We used the goat itself as a pattern and developed a graphic design in its honor, while also using materials that combined the nautical theme with the Algarve countryside. With colors used boldly and textures and finishes that make this project unique and distinct, Quinta do Algarvio Village is a truly remarkable resort.
