Content Marketing/Social Media Marketing Technician (40 hours per week)
Carvoeiro Branco is one of the main property developers in the Algarve region and recently announced the start of 7 projects in Lagoa with a total sales volume of 132 million euros.
Carvoeiro Branco is growing and we intend to reinforce our team with a Content Marketeer / Social Media Marketeer. Our mission is to create sustainable, exceptional and innovative real estate developments that exceed expectations in all the locations where we operate.
Therefore, we are looking for a talented Content Marketeer /Social Media Marketeer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging and informative content across multiple social media platforms. As our Content Marketeer /Social Media Marketeer, you will be responsible for creating content that increases traffic, interaction and conversions.
Main responsibilities:
· Produce high-quality visual content that resonates with the our target audience
· Optimize content for SEO and user interaction
· Create texts, images and videos, which we use in all ourcampaigns, website, newsletters, etc.
Requirements:
· Experience as a Content Marketeer /Social Media Marketeer
· Native Portuguese, resident in Lagoa or surroundings
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· A comprehensive understanding of all platforms social media
· Knowledge of Canva is a plus
· Photoshop and video editing skills are a plus
· In possession of a laptop
· Working from home max. 50% of the time
