Dutch businessman invests €132 million in the Algarve

The development company Carvoeiro Branco, led by businessman Erik de Vlieger, announces the launch of seven new projects in the municipality of Lagoa, Algarve.

With an estimated final value of 131.9 million euros, the “projects represent a significant investment in the region and a demonstration of the company's commitment to creating vibrant and prosperous communities” - highlights the Dutch investor.

Carvoeiro Branco was responsible for the recent transformation of the Atrium Lagoa Building and is also a minority shareholder in the Carvoeiro Clube Group.

The seven projects, which form part of the €131.9 million development, include:

1. Vale de Pipa , Lagoa, a residential development with 304 apartments and 20 houses, with a final investment of €65M.

2. Carvoeiro Prime Life , Lagoa, with 30 high quality apartments close by the sea, with an investment volume of €13.2 million.

3. Atrium Liberdade , Lagoa, comprising 33 residential apartments in the center of Lagoa, with an investment volume of €7.2 M.

4. Arade Premium Village , Bela Vista, Ferragudo, with 9 semi-detached houses, 8 apartments and 13 villas, representing an investment volume of €9.5 M.

5. Match Lagoa , a hotel with 56 rooms and a professional football training center, with an investment volume of €12 M.

6. The Court, Carvoeiro , Lagoa, with 104 tourist apartments, with an investment volume of €22 M.

7. Atrium Residence Lagoa , consisting of 11 apartments and two stores, with an investment volume of €3 M.
