Dutch businessman Erik de Vlieger renovates Atrium Lagoa
Atrium Lagoa should be ready to receive its first residents in May 2020 and will be one of Dutch businessman Erik de Vlieger's major investments in Lagoa.
In a building that promises to stand out due to its concept, 52 apartments, 13 commercial spaces and 70 underground parking spaces will be built.
The work, which will transform the current concrete structure into one of the main entrances to Lagoa, next to Adega Única and the bus terminal, should begin construction later this month. The estimated period will vary between 18 and 24 months and the total area covered almost amounts to 12 thousand square meters.
